Subex in deal to deploy solutions for ME operator

BANGALORE, INDIA: Subex Ltd, a provider of business support systems and services, today announced that it has been chosen by a Middle Eastern mobile operator to provide its fraud management solution.

Fraud Management solution eliminates known frauds, uncovers new fraud patterns, minimizes fraud run time, augments internal controls, and supports continuous fraud management process improvement, said a press release.

The mobile operator had earlier implemented Subex’s ROC (Revenue Operations Center) for partner settlement and route optimization.

It helps the operator in real-time monitoring and analysis of operational efficiency, customer experience and profitability.
