This software helps operators to curb fraud through the use of innovative subscriber profiling techniques and advanced analytical capabilities. Speaking on getting the deal, Subash Menon, President and CEO, Subex Systems said, "Ranger has enjoyed continued success in the global market and the Connex order further establishes Subex as one of the most significant players in the revenue maximization space".

Mobifon’s Chief Technology Office & VP — Network & Systems Vishant Vora said, "We are looking forward to deploying a state of the art Fraud Management System that will help us with meeting our company objectives. We are particularly impressed with the Subex’s ability to satisfy the Fraud management needs for 2G, 2.5G and 3G networks".
