HELSINKI, FINLAND: Top cellphone maker Nokia revamped its management team for the second time in seven months, picking veterans Anssi Vanjoki and Mary McDowell to revive its two key business units.

Nokia's management has been under increasing criticism from analysts and shareholders as its share price has missed the market's recovery, and the firm's profits are set to miss the economic upturn this year as its smartphone portfolio flounders. Rick Simonson, the head of Nokia's mobile phones unit, will retire, the company said.

The company did a similar reshuffle last October.
