StorageCraft, Advanced Backup Solutions in data backup and recovery partnership

DRAPER, USA: One-stop shopping for data backup and disaster recovery solutions just got a boost with the announced partnership between StorageCraft Technology Corp. and Advanced Backup Solutions (ABS).

The agreement incorporates the trusted ABS enterprise data protection and disaster recovery platform with the speed and reliability of the award-winning StorageCraft ShadowProtect software.

With this agreement, ABS has integrated StorageCraft ShadowProtect software into its line of Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR) Appliances and offsite DR infrastructure. ABS Enterprise offers managed service providers (MSPs) an Enterprise-class BDR solution with integrated onsite/offsite backup and restore, plus virtual failover for true business continuity.

The licensed StorageCraft technology enables quick local recovery and offsite replication of data providing protection for a single server or entire IT infrastructure.

Built on leading technologies and powered by StorageCraft ShadowProtect software, ABS has set a new standard with its offsite DR product offering, designed for MSPs serving small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The lineup includes per incidence services allowing recovery points to be virtualized and hosted, but goes further with innovative High Availability solutions including a Hybrid Firewall and dedicated compute node for instant offsite DR.
