Stellar unveils latest version of Phoenix

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Stellar Information Systems, provider of data recovery products and services has launched Stellar Phoenix Outlook PST Repair v3.0, recovery software for Microsoft Outlook PST files.

User can split the Microsoft Outlook PST file to small size PST files either by Date or by mail IDs and the user can preview messages as well as attachments. This new version can enable the user to recover lost and forgotten passwords of password protected Microsoft Outlook PST files.

The new version has capability to repair PST files of MS Outlook 2000, 2002 (XP) and Outlook 2003. It also has the capability to recover emails, calendar entries, contacts, tasks, notes and journals from damaged PST files.

"This is one of our most efficient offerings. User can preview 5 e-mails and 20 percent of his contacts and calendar entries in the demo version. This enables the user to evaluate the efficiency & recovery capability of the software," informed Sunil Chandna, CEO, Stellar Information Systems Ltd. By adding two new features, Stellar has added more power to the tool and also has increased the power of the PST repair engine.

The new software comes with an extremely user-friendly interface and has also an update wizard. Another very important feature is that it helps the users to preview messages as well as attachments. The other important capability of the software is that it also restores formatting from RTF and HTML messages and recovers from encrypted PST files as well.

One of the biggest features of the software is that it supports to repair PST files larger than 2GB. This also comes with a context sensitive help and users can search for PST file from within the application. The new version also has the capability to enable the user to preview messages as well as attachments.
