Google Doodle Stay Home

Today's Google Doodle is the same as their April 4th. Google is preaching us to stay at home and enjoy the time we spend with our family. It has been repetitively asking the world to "stay at home".

The Coronavirus pandemic has brought every country under lockdown. People are asked to stay indoors to reduce human contact to as minimum as possible. The Doodle asks you to read, listen to music, exercise, catch up with family and friends on phone.

For this, Google's initiative is almost praiseworthy.

What does WHO has to say for Coronavirus?

WHO says: Protect yourself and others around you by knowing the facts and taking appropriate precautions. Follow the advice provided by your local public health agency. To prevent the spread of COVID-19:

- Clean your hands often. Use soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand rub.

- Maintain a safe distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.

- Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth.

- Cover your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze.

- Stay home if you feel unwell.

- If you have a fever, a cough, and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention. Call in advance.

- Follow the directions of your local health authority.

- Avoiding unneeded visits to medical facilities allows healthcare systems to operate more effectively, therefore protecting you and others.

Further, Google also talked about its initiative in bringing Apple and Google together to develop a COVID-19 tracking device.

Also, Google had worked up a series of Doodles in its last initiative that thanked all Coronavirus Warriors. The series thanked them for their courage and determination to keep other people' life in the forefront rather than their own.
