Startup India invites applications for Indo-German Startup Week (powered by SAP); Apply by Nov 10

Startup India is the flagship portal for all Indian Startups. The German Indian Startup Week is initiated by the German Indian Startup Exchange Program and is powered by SAP between 7th and 11th December. This one-week summit, further, brings together startup eco-systems of Germany and India to create impact for entrepreneurs looking for support to internationalize into the respective other markets.

On 10th Dec 2020, a pitch marathon with 40 startups, 10 each among the focus sectors will pitch to an esteemed jury. Further, what makes this pitch marathon interesting is the challenges from the corporate partners, leading each of the focus sectors. The problem statements are:

• Advanced Analytics by SAP; Using SAP Data Intelligence for advanced analytics use cases

• Intelligent IoT by Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions; Shared IoT platform & plug-ins for small industries on pay per use service

• Digital Health by Siemens Healthineers; Improve patient and provider experience across the care continuum to deliver outcomes that matter

• Mobility by Mercedes Benz Research and Development; CASE - Connected Autonomous Shared and Electric

Who can participate?

Startups with an existing product and customers looking for scaling up for corporate collaborations in Indian and with a vision to internationalize to Germany can apply on Startup India. Once your application comes through, you are vetted by our jury. Once pre-selected, you need to send us a 5 min video of your pitch. The Q&A sesion will happen live on 10th Dec 2020.

Incentives

Pre-selected start-ups of the pitch marathon can avail exclusive technical workshops led by our corporate partners to understand their innovation requirements and finally pitch to them with a scope establishing corporate collaborations.

Timeline

The last date to apply is November 10. Then, the results will come out on November 25. Post that, startups will have to send a 5-minute pitch and then live Q/A will happen between 7-11 December.
