In present times, where businesses are connected across the world and functioning remotely than ever, electronic signatures have become critical to authenticate documents digitally and securely., During COVID we noticed an increase in the number of inquiries from our existing as well as new customers wherein they have been specifically looking for solutions to address document workflow, digital signatures, vetted templates, enhanced security, speed of transactions, document insight, and recipient signing experience.

How safe are document management systems? Can you share some updates on your existing client base?

Maintaining a high level of Document security is critical for organizations of any size. We work with a lot of clients wherein data security is of prime concern. DMS can be extremely useful in such a scenario and provides better control over sensitive documents. DMS leaves an audit trail and records any modifications; it also helps keep a check on any suspicious activity which could pose a threat to document security standards. Managed documents are highly traceable and can be tagged to allow for automated alerts.
