After a complete brand revamp, nCircle is now a services company catering to global giants like Autodesk, Siemens, Vectorworks, Katerra, Misumi, etc. It provides smart, next-gen workflow automation solutions for the designing vertical of companies across AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) and manufacturing. 3D visualization, CAD customization has been part of its core offerings. It has served more than 50 clients across 15 countries thus far.

How did you come up with the idea?

An apparent black sheep in the family of doctors, I was always passionate about the 3D visualization space right from my days at IIT, Madras. The Eureka moment was when I got an opportunity to work on a mobile CAD application development and that was the foundation on which everything else was built upon.

What is the one thing that sets you apart from your competitors?

Absolute transparency and empathetic consulting help us to provide a seamless customer experience, where we become an extended team of the customer. Being a services company, these pillars have helped us to have an overall NPS rating of 9 over the last 8 years, which is a phenomenal achievement in our industry.

Our revenue model is like any other services company delivering IT services. However, we have customizable options based on the nature and potential of an engagement. In addition to the standard pricing models like Time & Material and fixed cost, we also sometimes undertake ownership/co-ownership of the IP as well.

Funding

We have been self-sufficient with positive cash flow till now and thus never felt the need to raise any outside capital. So, in that sense, you can call us a bootstrapped company.
