Stalin to meet Kanimozhi in Tihar

NEW DELHI, INDIA: The son of DMK patriarch M Karunanidhi M K Stalin will meet his half-sister, Kanimozhi lodged in Tihar jail in the evening today. The sources in Tihar said that Kanimozhi, an accused in 2G spectrum allocation scam is ill.

"With a change in climate, she got unwell. Kanimozhi is apparently suffering from cold," the source who did not wish to be named said. Meanwhile, Stalin has already arrived in New Delhi and is expected to meet her later today.

Kanimozhi is Rajya Sabha MP and is one of the accused in 2G spectrum scandal. Her bail was denied by the special trial court twice while Delhi High Court has set December 1 for her bail plea.
