SSA Global's CRM solution wins industry award

NEW DELHI: SSA Global, a provider of extended enterprise solutions and services, today said that the company's customer relationship management solution, SSA CRM, has been selected as a winner of the Top 15 CRM Enterprise Software Award for 2006.

SSA CRM, a comprehensive solution for inbound and outbound marketing, sales force automation, order management, configuration, contact and service center, and field service, was selected by ISM, Inc., a CRM consultancy that has conducted the Top 15 CRM Award competition since 1990.

'The Top 15 CRM Awards serve as the industry benchmark for leadership in customer relationship management,” said Barton Goldenberg, founder and president of ISM.

“In selecting the industry's top CRM solutions, we conduct extensive testing and evaluation at the ISM Software Lab. SSA CRM clearly measured up to our strict standards for excellence in customer relationship management functionality.”

The SSA Global solution was evaluated by ISM according to 217 selection criteria, including 110 business functions, 49 technical features, 36 implementation capabilities, five real-time criteria and 17 user-support features.
