This portal enables customers to do high quality research about products and features and sells only genuine products from trusted brands with full manufacturers' warranty, said a press release.

The company claimed that the portal also promises free next day delivery for most products and locations in India.

“Initially we will be selling mobile devices (of all the major brands) and accessories. We will soon expand into other related categories and will continue to delight our customers with our unique shopping experience. Our vision is to become the trusted e-commerce brand for the Indian market,” said Pankaj Jain, CEO of Saholic

Dilip Modi, MD, Spice Mobility, said, “In the last several years that we have been present in the mobility ecosystem, we have observed that as products such as mobile phones evolve and pack more technology, the consumer is increasingly looking for help in picking the right product.

“Moreover,” he added, “as the applications and data services become more integral part of the device, consumer is also looking to experience the device before buying. Therefore, we have created an online platform where the consumer can get to understand all the necessary details about the product and experience it at the click of a button before making the purchase.”
