SPI acquires WorldLink Technologies in Nepal

BANGALORE, INDIA: Software Paradigms International Group LLC (SPI), a technology services and financial solutions organization today announced that it has acquired WorldLink Technologies in Kathmandu to expand its delivery footprint to Nepal.

With its corporate headquarters in Atlanta — Georgia and Offshore Development Centers (ODC) in Mangalore & Mysore, India, SPI has its global presence in Europe, Asia, North America, Australia and now Nepal, said a press release.

The new organization, named SPI Nepal, will merge technology driven solutions of both the companies to drive innovation that will benefit its customers worldwide. In addition to serving its existing Nepal based customers in Government, Public Sector Units and BFSI, SPI Nepal will now be SPI’s third worldwide delivery center, the release added.

SPI has 1500 knowledge workers at two existing ODCs in Mysore and Mangalore in India to cater to its worldwide customers.

“This union is a win - win situation for both parties. Besides providing immense career opportunities for over 250 IT professionals in the next two years, the acquisition will also provide a worldwide market for Endeavor Human Resources and e-governance expertise,” said Yajurendra Shrestha, CEO, WorldLink Technologies.
