NEW DELHI: Spectramind, an Indian Business Process Outsourcing and Customer Interaction Service provider, has announced that it has received a conditional certification status from COPC, an authority on customer contact centers. With this, Spectramind becomes the first contact center company in India to be COPC certified using the Six Sigma platform.
The certification was provided for the Technical helpdesk processes after a three day end to end assessment of both inbound voice and E-mail processes at Spectramind's facility in New Delhi. Congratulating the company on its achievement, Cliff Moore, Chairman COPC said, "We are impressed that, despite an explosive growth, Spectramind has been able to achieve this status in such a short period of time.
