Speciale Invest hires Vishnu Rajeev as an Investment Principal 

Speciale Invest has announced the appointment of Vishnu Rajeev as Investment Principal. The appointment of Vishnu strengthens Speciale Invest's investment team, bringing in a wealth of experience and expertise in the investment and startup ecosystem. With over ten years of industry experience, Vishnu has previously served as Investment Principal at Avaana Capital and as mobility and climate lead at Micelio and Axilor Ventures.

In addition, he has held board-level positions at several companies in the electric vehicle and energy sectors. He shares the strong vision of building Speciale Invest as a differentiated and specialist VC in the pre-seed/seed stage and will play a pivotal role in identifying and investing in the next generation of innovative startups in India. 

In his new role, Vishnu will leverage his vast industry expertise and experience to enhance the firm's investment strategy, focusing on identifying and evaluating opportunities in the mobility, climate tech, and energy sectors. He brings a deep understanding of the dynamics of cleantech and deep tech industries to the table and will work on due diligence on startups, negotiate deals, and provide ongoing support and guidance to portfolio companies. In addition, Vishnu's experience in leading investments in companies such as The ePlane Company, ElectricPe, and RACEnergy, among others, has given him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in the sector.
