Dr. Millennium combines on-line diagnostic tools and structured

operational methodologies to address the year 2000 issues of individual

and corporate clients. This solution which can be accessed through the

Internet can audit and report the Y2K compliance status and issues related

with the entire infrastructure, including the servers, desktops, network

components to the peripherals and communicate equipment.

Dr. Millennium can be deployed on almost any operating system to

collate all details on the contents of the desktop (both hardware and

software). These details will then be compared to a knowledge repository

and the status of each of these components will be reported back. Wherever

remedies need to be applied, patch solutions will be provided to the

administrator, as per manufacturer recommendations, which can be used to

automatically rectify the system. The knowledge repository has over 15000

entries, covering about 7500 applications, which will be constantly

upgraded to provide online remedies.

Satyam Executive Director Srini Raju said," Dr. Millennium has

already been deployed at several customer sites in the USA and Europe. We

are also close to finalizing some orders from the Middle East. Customers

have found it a very convenient method of testing their company's Y2K

compliance status."
