Sony Ericsson unveils T100

NEW DELHI: Sony Ericsson has unveiled the T100, a feature rich and easy to use mass market mobile for the modern Indian youth. Available in India for Rs 6, 995, T100 provides core voice and messaging features for the consumers. The T100 offers consumers, EMS-messaging with pictures, sound and animations and mobile Internet browsing with WAP 1.2.1



The T100 features an extensive gallery with 30 pictures, 15 animations and 10 sounds, which could be sent via EMS. One can also create as many as 10 SMS templates for often-used messages. A new image can be created with a picture editor. T100 has a blue display backlight and extensive picture phonebook, calendar, games, predictive text input option, shortcut key start-up/shutdown and vibrating alert.



Developed for GSM 900/1800 networks, the T100 is small and light, measuring only 99 x 43.5 x 17.7 mm and weighs a mere 75 grams. It has up to 4.5 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours (more than 8 days) of stand-by time. The T100 comes in three colors, Fresh White Gentle Gold and Icy Blue.
