HYDERABAD: Hyderabad-based Solix Technologies Limited is in the process of re-listing itself on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The formalities for the re-listing would be completed next week.
Without delving deep into the matter, Sai Gundavelli, chief executive officer, Solix confirmed the development. ``There were some clarifications that were required from the stock exchange. Now we have given the clarifications. We would be formally re-listed next week,’’ revealed Gundavelli.
At present the Information Lifecycle Management provider is not trading on BSE. The company would remain unchanged, feels Gundavelli. ``We will continue to focus on our products and strengthen the organization,’’ pointed Gundavelli.
Meanwhile the company would increase its focus on India. The company is looking at targeting the e-mail archiving market in India, said Gundavelli.
Solix has its global headquarters at Sunnyvale (USA) while the research and development team works from Hyderabad.
