SolidWorks World India 2005 in Bangalore

BANGALORE: SolidWorks Corp is organizing the first SolidWorks World India 2005 here, a conference and exposition that will bring together over 500 delegates from the world of mechanical design and engineering.

SolidWorks is a 3D design software company with customers in the industrial, medical, scientific, consumer, educational, technology, and transportation markets.

To be held on September 23, SolidWorks World has the theme Helping Companies Achieve a Global Competitive Advantage and will feature customer success stories, a product design showcase, a partner pavilion, technical roundtables, an education symposium, networking sessions, and contests to help SolidWorks users in India hone their skills and discover new techniques for innovation and productivity.

SolidWorks said in a statement that the latest version of its product - SolidWorks Office Premium 2006 - will be unveiled at the event.
