Solarsoft closes VintagePoint acquisition

LONDON: Solarsoft Business Systems has completed the acquisition of VantagePoint Systems, a supplier of manufacturing software to the packaging industry.

VantagePoint and its affiliates will become private operating subsidiaries within the Solarsoft group.
