Soffia Software to explore acquisitions

MUMBAI: Soffia Software Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the board has constituted a core committee, comprising R Venkata Subramani and Ashok Natarajan, to explore the possibility of acquiring a software company, domestic or foreign.



The board has also empowered the committee to negotiate the terms of acquisition and the mode of settlement, subject to satisfactory completion of due diligence and other statutory compliance, if any. At the BSE today, the company`s shares closed at Rs 15.25, down 60 paise or 3.79 per cent against its previous close of Rs 15.85.
