New Update
Snapchat's chronological Stories feed is back for some users

As the curtains fall on the current year, Snapchat has introduced a new feature that offers users 2017 in review using the pictures and videos that they have taken. The feature seems similar to Facebook's 'Best of 2017' auto-created video.

To access the feature, just tap on the Memories icon at the bottom of the main screen when you open the app (the icon you use to access saved Snaps). At the top of that screen, you should see a card that says “A Look Back at 2017.” Tap that, and Snapchat will take you on a quick slideshow through your best Snaps of 2017, as determined by the all-powerful algorithm.

Snapchat now has a 2017 in review memories feature

Once you’ve looked through the Snaps that the app has decided on, you can tap on the “Look Back at 2017” card again to delete individual Snaps, and then save the whole thing to your Stories to share with everyone else. The company has made it clear that a story will not be made unless there are sufficient amount of pictures available in the device.

Recently, the company announced it is testing Stories Everywhere which allows users to share stories outside the app.
