LONDON, UK: Itlab, the UK’s fastest growing IT outsource company for the

SME market has said that too many smaller businesses are accepting poorly installed

applications accompanied with appalling service, both of which are

affecting the success of their business.

Dominic Monkhouse, managing director, itlab, explains that the problem is

across a lot of SMEs whose important data is spread across a range of

applications that cannot interact with each other. "This is not helping the

business and is a bit like every member of a team speaking a different

language. But if all this data is pulled together in one system it makes it

easier to use, saves time and money, helps with reporting and ensures

people can work from anywhere globally. By doing this you could increase

sales (by 40 percent) and cut your operations costs (up to 70 percent).”

Technology is the underlying factor for any company in the 21st Century.

Whether its a small company or a large business with

an IT dept, outsourcing to a specialist IT company  can give access

to the latest technologies and applications.

Customer service is still a huge problem for many companies because most

tend to add service to a solution as an after thought. The smaller business must not

accept bad technology and bad service as the norm, Dominic said.
