Sirius XM aquires Connected Vehicle Services Unit of Agero

NEW YORK, USA: Sirius XM Radio announced that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the connected vehicle services business of Agero, Inc. In connection with the transaction, the business unit will change its name to Sirius XM Connected Vehicle Services Inc.
