SINGAPORE: Singapore Telecommunications said on Friday its wholly-owned Optus unit priced its $500 million 10-year notes at 4.625 percent a year.
SingTel said the dollar denominated notes, which carry a semi-annual coupon, will mature on Oct. 15 2019, and were five times oversubscribed.
Citigroup, HSBC and JP Morgan acted as joint lead arrangers for the issue, with ANZ joining as co-manager.
