Simputer gets tele-calling support

BANGALORE: Contact center major for the domestic market, Customer First Services, has bagged a project from PicoPeta Simputers, founded and managed by the co-inventors of the indigenously developed handheld- Simputer.



PicoPeta has outsourced the activities of enquiry handling and user support to Customer First. The latter through its call center operations, would receive queries from users and potential customers based both in India and abroad. The call center would also provide solutions to the technical queries as well as support the order placement process.



Announcing the contract with PicoPeta, Sandip Sen, CEO, Customer First Services, said, "In addition to the above, our contact center would also be shortly handling the entire gamut of customer support for their enterprise segment."



"We are happy to have bagged this prestigious project and are confident of providing valuable support to Picopeta in promoting their products." added Sen.
