Sierra Optima renamed Sierra Atlantic Software Services

HYDERABAD: Sierra Optima Ltd., an application networks Company, has announced the change of its name to Sierra Atlantic Software Services Ltd. The name change follows Sierra Optima’s restructuring of equity capital as a result of which it has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Sierra Atlantic, Inc., USA.

The change in name - ushered in as ‘The New Wave’ - heralds a new direction the company is taking with sharpened focus on the $18 Billion global Enterprise Applications Integration (EAI) market with the help of its Global Development Center at Hyderabad. To cater to this market Sierra Atlantic is building the Application Networks family of integration products - for Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain Management.

With engineering relationships with application vendors like Oracle, SAP, Siebel, PeopleSoft, Agile and middle-ware vendors like TIBCO and webMethods, Sierra Atlantic is well poised to offer products and services for integrating business process flows and applications within and outside the enterprise.
