Sierra Atlantic launches SCMnet on SAP Netweaver

HYDERABAD: Offshoring enterprise applications firm Sierra Atlantic today claimed that it had been accorded the 'Powered by SAP NetWeaver' certification for the latest version of its supply chain management network application, SCMnet version 4.2.

SCMnet, which is certified for integration capabilities with the mySAP ERP solution via the CA-PLM integration scenario, integrates mySAP ERP with the latest version of Agile's PLM solution, Agile 9.

The 'Powered by SAP NetWeaver' certification will validate the seamless integration of SCMnet with SAP NetWeaver. The open integration and application platform will serve the needs of customers better, using solutions from Agile and SAP.

As part of the certification process, Sierra Atlantic enhanced SCMnet to take advantage of the powerful application and portal servers provided by SAP NetWeaver.
