HYDERABAD, INDIA: The 3rd edition of SHRM Tech'17 which concluded in Hyderabad yesterday laid the stage for developing an effective digital HR strategy and enhancing the intended goals of HR.

Global trends like Artificial Intelligence and leveraging big data were deliberated upon in a nutshell. Many important aspects of the confluence of Technology and HR were also identified and extensively discussed during the course of the conference.

The two day conference and exposition brought together 850+ delegates, including mid & senior level HR professionals and corporate leaders from organizations across all sectors. The gathering also offered an opportunity for delegates to discuss cutting edge innovative ideas to revolutionize the future of HR.

The key focus of the conference was on the complete reinvention of the HR Platforms, software and tools collectively known as the ‘digital HR architecture’.
