Scandent wins $7.8m contract from US

NEW DELHI: Scandent Solutions today announced a US$7.8 million contract from a State government in the US.

The 18-month contract involves re-platforming the State's system and covers an additional six months of warranty.

With this win, Scandent has now secured healthcare applications and development business of US$49 million from three states in the USA over the last four months, which collectively are to be delivered over a three-year period.

“This win is further iteration of our team's ability to provide great service and our overall ability

as a company to continue to be relevant, flexible and responsive to the U.S. State Governments' ongoing development needs,” said Chris Sinclair, chairman and CEO.

The project which initially began as a transfer implementation of the State's in-house system, matured along the way into an @vantage-based platform. The @Vantage product line from Scandent Solutions provides a full suite of Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities for Health and Human Service (HHS) organizations.
