NEW DELHI, INDIA: In a major setback to Satyam Computer Service founder B. Ramalinga Raju, the Supreme Court Tuesday on cancelled his bail and that of five other accused in the multi-crore rupee accounts fudging scam.
The apex court bench of Justice Dalveer Bhandari and Justice Deepak Verma asked them to surrender before the trial court by November 8.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) which is investigating the case had last month moved the Supreme Court seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Ramalinga Raju. It had also grilled Raju recently, after he was released from the hospital.
