Satyam to buy UK-based Citisoft

NEW DELHI: Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed that it would acquire UK based Citisoft Plc for up to £ 20.5 million ($39.03 million).

According to the company, it would initially buy up to 75 percent of Citisoft, a businesses and systems consulting services company, and the balance in two equal installments.

The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals, is expected to be completed by end-April 2005.
