BANGALORE: Satyam

Computer Services Ltd
has formed an alliance with EPiServer, a Swedish

content management and portal software company.

EPiServer is one of the providers of Microsoft .NET - based content management
applications, and the creator of EPiServer Solution, a product numerous

corporations rely upon as a platform for Internet, Intranet, and Extranet

content solutions.

The partnership will enhance Satyam's ability to implement, maintain, and
provide training services for EPiServer-based solutions, and EPiServer will

benefit from Satyam's global presence and world-class implementation

expertise. Additionally, the arrangement will help both organisations reach a

broader range of customers.

"We see a growing need in the marketplace for simple, easy-to-use, and
readily deployable enterprise content and portal management systems," said

G.B Prabhat, director of Consulting and Enterprise Solutions at Satyam. "EPiServer

is just such a product. This alliance will enable Satyam to garner more clients

by combining our proven consulting and delivery capabilities with EPiServer's

exceptional reputation and market presence in the Nordic countries."

To date, there have been more than 2,000 implementations of EPiServer, mostly in
Northern Europe. EPiServer is counting on the alliance to increase that number

significantly, and on a global scale.

“We are delighted to partner with Satyam,” said Mikael Runhem, the founder
and chief technology officer at EPiServer. “Its global presence, high quality

of service, and capacity will deliver significant value to our major

international customers. Satyam is already engaged on a number of successful

EPiServer projects, and this strategic, worldwide alliance will expand upon

those dramatically.”
