NEW DELHI: India's Satyam Computer Services Ltd. said on Wednesday it had
entered into an alliance with US e-commerce software maker Ariba Inc to offer
business-to-business (B2B) applications.
Hyderabad-based Satyam, one of India's leading software service companies,
said it would use its extensive consulting experience to build solutions around
Ariba's B2B software platform which enables firms to trade with each other over
the Internet.
"Through its innovative process methodologies, Satyam plans to
customize, implement, manage and support the Ariba B2B platform as an Ariba
Certified System Integrator," Satyam said in a statement.
