BANGALORE: Silicon Automation Systems Limited (SAS) and Texas
Instruments (TI) Incorporated have come together to jointly develop a
high-performance, cost effective ADSL solution. According to a release, the
solution will be based on TI’s integrated front end TLFD600 and SAS’ Synapse
ADSL technology.
"TI is committed to providing its customers with
low-power, high-performance solutions for addressing the broadband market,"
said Ming Chiang, Vice President, TI, Manager, Mixed-Signal Product Development.
"The highly integrated TLFD600 AFE and SAS ADSL technology will help system
manufacturers and service providers offer high-performance affordable ADSL
systems.
