SAP named a leader in Gartner 2014 Magic Quadrant

BANGALORE, INDIA: SAP AG has announced that it has been positioned for the second year in the leaders quadrant of Gartner, Inc.’s “Magic Quadrant for Talent Management Suites (TMS).”

The report evaluated global cloud-based HR software solutions from SuccessFactors, an SAP company, and recognized the company as a provider of management technology based on its “ability to execute” and “completeness of vision.”

Gartner defines Leaders in the Magic Quadrant as those that demonstrate a market-changing vision of how talent management technology can help HR leaders achieve business objectives.

SAP believes it exemplifies this vision by helping organizations increase employee engagement and improve their business performance with market solutions, such as the recently released SuccessFactors Presentations, which offers new and innovative approach to managing top talent.

Coupled with the breadth of capabilities in the SuccessFactors HR portfolio that span the entire employee life cycle, businesses can now create deeper synergies between talent management functions and all of their HR processes and analytics.
