Based on real-time intelligence capabilities and location-based information, the application will help public safety and security agencies along with state and local governments to drive better preparedness and prevention, enhance service delivery and responsiveness, and improve safety and security outcomes for citizens.

Through this service, the citizen's details are being sent out to helpline by pressing a designated button. This message will also be routed to police control room and to a local hospital and nearby social activist for rapid assistance.

This application can send time-critical information that include victim's location and personal information. It can also offer video narrations, if desired during health crisis.

SAP holds close to 28 per cent market share in business intelligence space, while it has developed applications for customer service, consumer goods and retail for smartphone devices such as iPad, iPhone and Blackberry.
