BANGALORE: SAP has launched mySAP Technology, broadening its open integration
strategy globally. It also showcased SAP Labs India contributions to the
technology applications catering to Customer Relationship Management (CRM),
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Fiancials and Business Intelligence (BI).
With open integration and architecture being the high-point, SAP provides a
portal development kit for Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) and Microsoft. NET
combining front-end services into the enterprise portal solution.
mySAP Technology is an open-standard-based infrastructure that will allow
technical interoperability and collaborative business in today’s heterogeneous
IT scenario. The technology will permit collaboration across business processes
and among users within and beyond company boundaries.
Some of the key capabilities of this technology are life-cycle management,
security, connectivity, Webflow, Open Internet standards and Infrastructure
management. mySAP Technology is tailored to counter the business challenges in
the New Economy like people networking, process integration, collaborative
business and Industry Business networks.
With a global research network and eight SAP Labs globally, SAP technology
will offer solutions in Portal Infrastructure, SAP Web application server and My
SAP enterprise portals. With the slowly recuperating economy SAP was very
positive of this technology hitting the right note in the Industry.
