Samsung's new promotional scheme

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Samsung introduced a consumer promotion offer for its entire range of notebooks.

The offer, valid in March 2009, entitles Samsung Notebook consumers to an assured gift of the Samsung J700 multimedia mobile phone worth Rs 6,089 with every Samsung Notebook.

The Samsung Mobile will be provided to the customer across the counter, along with the product, without any time lag.

The Samsung Notebook lineup includes notebooks in different categories – Premium, Thin and Light X series; Mainstream Q series and the All rounder, value series – the R series.

The offer is also running on the Samsung N series of Netbooks. The multimedia mobile phone J700 being provided to consumers comes with a 1.3 mega pixel camera, MP3 player and bluetooth connectivity.

In line with the brand positioning of LIVE 360, the Samsung notebook PC consumer campaign will be promoted through advertising, newsletters and direct mailers.

Through this promotion and its innovative advertising and marketing program, Samsung aims to create more awareness and interest for its notebook PC products.

Samsung notebooks are available to consumers at select Samsung Digital Plazas, micro retailers as well as large format retail.

The Samsung Netbook and notebook PC is priced in the range between Rs 28,477-1,15,014.
