The new Samsung Galaxy S IV is widely rumored to come with features like flexible and unbreakable screen, eye scrolling feature and a 13 mega-pixel camera.

According to rumors, the 5-inch Galaxy S IV will have a full HD AMOLED display, a quad-core CPU and Jelly Bean 4.2, the latest version of Android. Developed under codename 'Project J', the Galaxy S IV is expected to be in stores in few weeks.

Reuters has reported that Samsung, a major backer of organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display, is a frontrunner in developing unbreakable screens, as OLED panels can replace glass substrate with plastic material.

"Eventually, they'll have unbreakable and flexible displays. Either the Galaxy S IV or S V will have unbreakable and even possibly flexible and foldable displays by 2014. That's going to be a game-changer," said Mark Newman, an analyst at Stanford Bernstein in Hong Kong.

Samsung Galaxy S III already has Corning Gorilla Glass 2. The Corning Gorilla Glass 2 is described to be an ideal solution for Samsung's high-quality smartphones, enabling a superior touch experience and a lightweight and slim design, with the damage and scratch resistance feature.
