Samsung bringing 3G dual-SIM phone to India

BANGALORE, INDIA: Samsung recently announced that it would launch a 3G enabled- dual -SIM B7722 phone in India.

As per media reports, the phone would be priced at Rs. 23,000, and would feature a dual-SIM, in which one SIM can run on 3G while the other can operate on GPRS/EDGE.

Equipped with Class 12 GPRS (4+1/3+2/2+3/1+4 slots) 32 — 48 kbps, Class 12 EDGE, and 3G enabled HSDPA 3.6 Mbps, Samsung 3G B7722 also supports Micro SD card featuring Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g and Bluetooth v2.1 with A2D, a micro USB port v2.0.

The dual SIM phone includes 3.2 inch TFT touch screen of 262K colors, 5 mp camera with 2592 õ 1944 pixels resolution, LED Flash support, QVGA video recording, and facilitates Stereo FM radio with RDS with FM recording.
