HELSINKI - Finnish handset charger maker Salcomp said it will build a factory in Chennai.
Building work will begin in the next few months and production at the plant is expected to start in the first half of 2007, it said in a statement.
Salcomp estimates the first phase of the investment will cost about 6 million euros ($7.4 million).
