BANGALORE, INDIA: Sage India, a supplier of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to medium and large organizations, has announced the launch of Sage CRM v 7.1 CRM that provides users with key social media functionality, increased interactivity and tighter integration.
These new features give users the advantage of incorporating information found in social media sites like Twitter and LinkedIn into a larger corporate sales profile, which in turn plays a key role in the selling cycle, said a press release.
“The presence of these newer features and connected service on Sage CRM v 7.1 signals the completion of our CRM portfolio,” said Vikram Suri, MD — India and Middle East, Sage Software. “We believe that the adoption and implementation of software should make things easier for people to do their business. The latest version of our CRM software gives our customers the flexibility, reliability, security and support to connect services and view their customer data in a way that best suits their needs now and in the future,” he noted.
Sage CRM v 7.1 comes with an email marketing feature that includes 90 templates giving users the advantage of developing a campaign with a simple wizard. Another feature included is the ability to capture feedback from emails and tweak their marketing campaigns to address generated feedback.
The upgraded version includes an enhanced interactive dashboard with the option of adding several gadgets. These gadgets let you click on certain items, drill down, pull out certain information, giving users the advantage of prioritizing tasks in a single screen. The social media functionality is offered with Twitter and LinkedIn integration.
Sage CRM has also developed a browser-based system for mobile phones, initially rolling out a version for the iPhone & Android, further getting into Tablets.
