SaaS menu for food players by Vision s/w

NASHVILLE, USA: Premier members can now choose Vision Software as part of their Premier contracts, announced Vice President Michael Babines.

 The three-year contract takes effect January 1, 2012.

The Vision Software Online solution delivers full-scale software applications using Internet technologies. It provides healthcare food and nutrition operations with secure, private Web access to centralized applications that are maintained and managed offsite by Vision Software, adds the company in a press note.

The solutions now offered through Premier include software applications for food service management, hospital cafeteria operations, diet office and hospital patient menus, hospital room service and tray tracking, paperless menus, mobile menus, clinical nutritional care, food allergy checking, automated menu checking, food-drug interaction prevention, and nutrition screening and assessment. For hospital clinical nutrition services, Vision Software also provides customized HL7 interfaces with real-time information to support patient nutritional care.
