xmlLegal is a leader in system integration, consulting and software development with over a decade of experience helping customers streamline their operations through automation. “The Runtime Intelligence Service provides our team with detailed information on how our users are actually using our software in production,” said Winchel "Todd" Vincent III, president of xmlLegal. “We really have never had this kind of information so readily available before. Our only real challenge has been to make sure that we are taking full advantage of our new found customer insight.”

Runtime Intelligence is part of the emerging application analytics market, offering unprecedented insight into how software is being used in the real world and giving multiple stakeholders, from developer to CIO to business owner, a reliable way to measure and manage development investments, adds a press note. Like web analytics, application analytics correlates behavior with business results. Unlike webanalytics, however, application analytics extends beyond browser clicks on a web page to include mobile and traditional client experiences as well as the business and back office tiers that tie all of these together.

“As leaders in automation, xmlLegal already understands the central role of user acceptance and continuous process improvement for their customers’ success,” said Sebastian Holst, CMO of PreEmptive Solutions. “The fact that an organization as skilled and focused as xmlLegal has recognized the value of Runtime Intelligence for improving their own development processes is extremely gratifying.”
