Follow UsNEW DELHI, INDIA: Taiwan-based Genius, IT and Consumer Electronics brand, has announced the appointment of RT Outsourcing as its service partner for India.
RT would provide services to Genius in five locations including Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and Bangalore but in a phased manner there will be a growth in service locations. Apart from these five locations, Genius Distributors would continue to provide the service support to the channel as they have been doing in the past, Genius said in a statement.

RT Outsourcing has presence across more than 100 locations in India. With 1500 plus people, the company has a call center and technical support center in New Delhi (India), to provide 24X7 customer service solutions for technical support and customer care services.
