Rolta launches RoltaSecure Portal for the enterprise

MUMBAI: Mumbai-based Rolta, is all set to launch ‘RoltaSecure Portal Services’ to help enterprises identify and solve real-time security risks by using a continuous management process.

Vinay Sawarkar, Executive Director, e-Services Division, Rolta said, " The portal service has some unique features which give enterprises an added advantage on the real security threats." The portal service would be managed by the Security Operations Center (SOC) that deliver outsource security which minimizes an organization’s investments in technology and internal resources while effectively solving security problems and allowing companies to focus on their core business issues.

The beta version of the service is already on and within a month’s time the company would roll out the service for the enterprises. Some of the prominent features of the service include e-security advisory, which is a subscription-based service on the web and sends email alerts to the subscribers.

The second version is the Baseline Internet policy design, which is an Internet mail usage policy that defines the email policies and procedures for internal users. Third is managed vulnerability assessment service, which is a subscription based remotely managed service and automates procedure for scanning with multiple scanning tools.
