Rittal launches Xpress Program

BENGALURU, INDIA: Rittal India announced the launch of Xpress Program for its networking and IT range of products. Under the Xpress Program standard products such as networking enclosures, server enclosures, wall mounts, fan and filter units and a wide range of accessories are available off the shelf from five regional modification centers located at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Faridabad and Secundrabad.

Under the two-day program the standard products along with accessories are shipped out of Rittal's modification center within 48-hours of having received the confirmed purchase order.

Under the five-day program Rittal will equip the racks as per customers request, fit the enclosure with power sockets, fans, cable managers, component shelves, keyboards, metered PDU, KVM switch along with other accessories and ship out within five days of receiving the confirmed purchase order.

Under the express program customers can get customized enclosures in three steps.

Step1: Choose the rack / enclosure

Step 2: Choose the accessories which are needed along with the enclosures

Step 3: Give details of the installation position.

Once the details are filled in the fax order form, customers can fax to the nearest modification center for quotation request. Quotation is sent to the customer immediately on the same day. As soon as we receive the confirmed purchase order the material is shipped out of our modification center / warehouse within two days for standard products and within five days for enclosures with modification and fitted with accessories.
