Chillx is created by FunOnGo Media & Entertainment Company in which Reliance recently acquired a two-third stake.

Apart from the English, the app also supports regional languages like Bengali, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu. With a focus on India-centric content, the app provides access to online entertainment content that users can try before they buy and recommendations based on usage habits.

Shibasish Sarkar, COO, Reliance Big Entertainment said, “It’s a space of new opportunities and if we continue to sit and see from the sidelines, we will miss the bus.”
