Rediff.com India CFO quits

NEW YORK: Rediff.com India Ltd., an online news and shopping provider, said that, its Chief Financial Officer, Rick Filippelli, would leave and be replaced by current Vice- President of Finance, Joy Basu.

India-based Rediff.com said in a statement that Filippelli, would step down on September 5th and Basu would assume CFO duties the same day. The company did not give a reason for the management change.
